I love teaching children of all ages to respect and appreciate the natural world around them, both inside and outside of the classroom. I have extensive experience developing and implementing natural science curricula in formal classroom settings, and informal camp settings. My lesson plans are interactive, and are meant to take kids away from their screens and bring them face to face with science and nature.

I also have experience giving presentations to families using program animals and museum specimens. Having a live animal ambassador or a real museum specimen to interact with incites curiosity in audience members and encourages them to engage with the topic at hand.
